Mainor Ülemiste signed a contract with NOBE, a construction company belonging to the Nordecon group, for the construction of the first stage of the Ülemiste educational complex, where the Tallinn International School will start working at the beginning of 2025 and the Ülemiste community building will be opened.

NOBE won the new construction tender that came with the change to the original project of the Ülemiste educational complexfirst stage begins building Tallinn International School and the Ülemiste community building with a gross area of nearly 6,000 square meters at Valukoja 9.

PEIKKO products were included in the ÜHK project from the very beginning. We helped both the client and the designer in developing technical solutions. During the implementation of the first stage of the Ülemiste educational complex, approximately half a kilometer of DELTABEAM® beams were used, with an average beam length of 8.1 m.

Thanks to DELTABEAM® Composite Beam's integrated fire resistance and easy installation, the construction process was significantly accelerated. Supporting DELTABEAM® Composite Beams on reinforced concrete posts through Peikko PCs® hidden brackets ensured a solid and reliable constructive node that excluded the use of massive visible reinforced concrete brackets. In addition to DELTABEAM® and PCs®, the following PEIKKO products were also used in the project: ARBOX®, EBEA®. HPM®, MODIX®, and PETRA®.
