Peikko supplied 1.5 kilometers of DELTABEAM® for this new complex. DELTABEAM® composite beams ensure the contractor of a fast and easy assembly, have integrated fire resistance and is integrated in the floor level.
In combination with the PCs® corbels cast in the columns, this system makes it possible to avoid the need for big concrete corbels. The beams hang on these corbels, which are no longer visible afterwards.
For quick, simple and brace-free mounting of the many concrete columns in the project, the contractor has chosen to use the innovative Peikko column shoe system, consisting of HPKM® column shoes placed into the concrete columns and HPM® anchor bolts in the foundation.
